Desperation repels, because people can feel it. But confidence attracts.
Move with urgency, but don't rush.
When you rush, you get sloppy. You skip the details. You trip over your own feet trying to run too fast. You don’t think clearly and here come all the mistakes.
Your time is coming.
But you have to fix the skill gap first, then get out of your own way.
